Terms and Conditions
By submitting your application and enrolling in any program offered by Breadfruit Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Application & Enrollment
Completion of the enrollment form does not guarantee acceptance into a program.
All applicants will be contacted within 24–48 hours regarding next steps, including confirmation, available slots, and any additional requirements.
2. Payment & Fees
Program fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment plans may be available upon request and approval.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only eligible within 24 hours of payment and must be requested in writing via email to the Breadfruit Academy team.
After 24 hours, all payments are considered final and non-refundable, except in the event of course cancellation by Breadfruit Academy.
4. Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Excessive absences may result in removal from the program without refund.
Breadfruit Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student for misconduct, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with safety, sanitation, or professional conduct standards.
5. Hands-On Training Locations
Programs are conducted at approved partner facilities. Students must adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and conduct policies of each facility.
Breadfruit Academy is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during training sessions.
6. Student Safety & Liability
Student safety is a top priority. All students are expected to follow kitchen safety guidelines, wear proper attire, and use equipment responsibly.
Breadfruit Academy and its partner facilities are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur as a result of unsafe or negligent behavior.
By enrolling, students acknowledge they are participating in hands-on kitchen environments at their own risk and are responsible for their personal well-being.
7. Use of Student Work
Breadfruit Academy may document student experiences through photos, videos, or testimonials. These materials may be used for promotional purposes unless the student submits a written request to opt out.
8. Certificates of Completion
Students who complete all course requirements, maintain satisfactory attendance, and follow all rules and safety protocols will receive a Certificate of Completion.
9. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through the enrollment form will be used solely for communication, enrollment processing, and internal purposes. Your data will not be shared or sold.
